  5. Q. What happens if I have submitted my return but find an additional product that needs to be entered?
    A. Non-Control Drugs - Add it to the box and send it with your non-control return.
    Control III-V's - Inventory is required. Create a new return. Add the item. Print inventory, place in green bag with other CIII-V's.
    Control II's - Inventory is required. Create a new return. Add the item. Wait for 222 form to arrive.

  6. Q. Do I have to count every pill?
    A. Non-Control Drugs - If required by state law, you must inventory all products, control and non-control.
    Control Drugs - All states are required to inventory their control II-V drugs.

  7. Q. What are the DEA 222 Form record keeping requirements?
    A. As a "Non-Arcos Reporter", a pharmacy is required email a copy of each executed form to DEA.Orderforms@usdoj.gov and to keep a copy of each executed form and all copies of unaccepted or defective forms and any attached statements or other related documents for a period of two years.

    A. Yes. If you printed the check as a guest the link will expire after 10 minutes. If you create an account with Deluxe the printed check will not expire and you will always have access to these in the lockbox.

    A. You will receive check email from Deluxe, app@echecks.com. Add this address to your email safe senders list, address book or contact list to ensure delivery to your inbox.

  9. Q. What are Deposit Services?
    A. Deposit Services allow you to receive the funds from a check electronically via a bank account. It is an alternative to printing the check for deposit.

    A. Deposit Services are available for most checks, however, there are some instances where one or all may not be available. For example, each service has a maximum check amount limit.

  11. Q. How will I know if a Deposit Service is available?
    A. After creating your account and/or logging in to retrieve your check, the Deposit Services that are available will be offered to you.

  12. Q. When will my funds be available?
    A. It depends on the Deposit Service you select. In general, the timing ranges from 1 to 4 business days. Each Deposit Service available will indicate the timing you should expect to receive the funds when the service is initially presented.
